·       Why choose NK Textile?

o   NK Textile is a family-owned and operated fabric company with decades of experience in the industry.  Our talented sales staff have extensive knowledge of the features and benefits of our fabrics, and work hand in hand with our customers to find the right fabric for them.  We offer high-quality fabrics, and we adhere to strict testing and standards so you can be sure you’ll get the same great quality every time.  

·       How can I place an order?

·       Do you have a minimum order quantity? 

o   We have a 15-yard minimum.  Discounts are available at a full roll which is typically 50-60 yds for spandex, 25-30 yards for sequins and 60-70 yards for mesh.

 

·       How many yards come on a roll?

o   Our stretch spandex rolls are typically 50-60 yards, and our sequin rolls are 25-30 yards. Mesh rolls are generally 60-70 yards.

 

·       I want less than 15yds, what should I do?

·       Do you have color cards?

o   We do have color cards available for purchase. Please email sales@nktextile.com or give us a call 212-302-1310 to purchase a color card or request swatches.

 

·       Do you offer swatches?

o   We do offer swatches.  Please reach out to us at sales@nktextile.com with your swatch request.

 

·       How can I be sure of the color from the photo on the website?

o   We are happy to send swatches prior to your purchase to ensure the color matches what you are looking for.

 

·       Where is my fabric shipping from and how long will it take? 

o   We warehouse our fabric in Moonachie, New Jersey.  UPS ground typically takes between 3-5 days depending on destination.

 

·       Are prices listed on the website?

o   Please contact your sales representative or sales@nktextile.com for pricing.  We generally update our price list once a year and can share upon request.

·       Can orders be placed on online?

·       Do you have a showroom or sales representative in my area?

Orders

·       What method of payment do you accept? 

o   We take all major credit cards, checks and wire transfers.  For larger orders we can consider 30-day terms on a case-by-case basis.

 

·       Do I need an account to place an order?

o   If you are a new customer, we will need to set up an account.  Please reach out to us at sales@nktextile.com or (212) 302-1310.

 

·       Do you ship internationally?

o   Yes, we ship internationally via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We also welcome customer’s arranging their own shipping. Customers are responsible for any duties or fees. 

 

·       How long will it take to fulfill my order? 

o   Orders typically ship within two days from our warehouse in New Jersey. If you have a rush order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to ship out the same day.

 

·       What is my order status?

·       My order status says delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

·       How do I cancel my order?

Returns

·       What if the fabric arrives damaged? How do I return or exchange?  

o   We strive to make sure our fabric gets to you damage free. In the unlikely case it arrives damaged, we will gladly accept the return of the damaged fabric. If a return/exchange is needed, please contact us right away with your order# and details of the problem at sales@nktextile.com and we will issue an RGA (return goods authorization) along with a shipping label for your return.  We cannot accept returns after 30 days so please inspect your shipment within that time.

 

·       What if I change my mind, can I make a return or exchange?

o   Because our fabric is cut to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the fabric is damaged or flawed.  We recommend purchasing swatches, color cards, and/or sample yardage to confirm color, stretch, etc., before placing your bulk order.

 

·       When will I receive my refund?

o   Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned items.

Products

·       Can I use your fabrics for swimwear?

o   Yes! We have many fabrics suitable for swimwear.

 

·       Do you offer custom colors and prints?

o   We do offer custom colors and prints.  For sublimation we offer a 150-yard minimum.  For custom colors, foils and sequin designs, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) will vary depending on the specific fabric.

 

·       What are the wash instructions?

o   Wash instructions will vary by fabric, but our general recommendation is hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

 

·       Is foil washable?

o   Foil is durable but must be washed carefully to prevent dulling and other damage. Turn garment inside out and hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent.  Do not use OxiClean, softeners or bleach. Do not rub foil together.  Lay flat to dry, do not iron and do not dry clean.  Wash immediately after extreme perspiration.  Please test all fabric prior to garment production. Machine wash cold or hand wash. Dry on low heat or hang dry.

 

·       Are your items quality tested?

o   Yes, we test our fabric for colorfastness, foil coverage and stretch.

 

·       How do I know if my items are KFTA compliant?

o   Your sales representative can confirm if your fabric is compliant with KFTA, CAFTA-DR or other international trade agreements or you can reach us at Sales@NKtextile.com or give us a call at (212) 302-1310.

 

·       How can I get a certificate of origin?

o   Yes

 

·       Are the masks medical grade?

o   No
